The PAOK is a non-profit organization to serve as a cultural and community hub for Pakistani descendants and individuals interested in Pakistani culture within the State of Oklahoma.
We are dedicated to fostering unity, celebrating diversity, and promoting the rich cultural heritage of Pakistan. Our association will serve as a bridge, connecting Pakistani descent individuals and families residing in Oklahoma, and creating a warm and inclusive community.
Our association takes pride in organizing a wide range of events and activities that showcase the beauty, culture and traditions of Pakistan. From colorful festivals to informative workshops, we offer opportunities for both Pakistanis and non-Pakistanis to come together and experience Pakistani culture. These events aim to provide a platform for cultural exchange, where everyone can learn, appreciate, and celebrate the unique customs, art, music, and cuisine of Pakistan.
In addition to our cultural festivities, the PAOK places great emphasis on community service and philanthropy. We actively engage in various charitable initiatives, supporting local causes and extending a helping hand to those in need. By promoting social responsibility, we aim to make a positive impact on the lives of Oklahomans and create a harmonious environment for all.
We understand the importance of education and strive to provide resources and support to our members. Through educational programs, we hope to instill a sense of pride in our heritage and strengthen the bond between generations.

Come join us on this wonderful journey of cultural exploration, friendship, and community building. Together, let’s create lasting memories, learn from one another, and make Oklahoma an increasingly inclusive and vibrant place to call home.
It is with great pleasure that we announce the establishment of our organization, which aims to create a strong and vibrant community for Pakistani Americans residing in Oklahoma. As per US Census estimates from 2019, approx. 3,000 Pakistani Americans live in Oklahoma, with over 80% living in Oklahoma and Tulsa. That said, Oklahoma is among the states that have seen the largest migration growth of Pakistani diaspora from other states during and post-pandemic. Our primary focus is to provide a platform for cultural exchange, social welfare, and educational initiatives that will benefit both our members and the broader community.
Through this organization, we aim to foster unity, celebrate our rich heritage, and promote understanding and tolerance among diverse communities. Our vision is to create a welcoming environment where Pakistani Americans can connect, share experiences, and contribute to the betterment of our society.
We believe that by coming together and harnessing our collective strengths, we can make a positive impact on the lives of our fellow community members. We invite you to join us in our endeavors, by becoming general members who then can be nominated and elected to be in the board of directors. The board of directors will take on leadership of this organization and take it forward to help it achieve its goals.
As we embark on this exciting journey, we encourage you to share your ideas, suggestions, and aspirations with us. We firmly believe that the success of our organization lies in the active involvement of every member. Together, we can build a stronger community and create opportunities for growth and prosperity. Please stay tuned to our website and social media platforms for updates on upcoming events, workshops, and community outreach programs.
